We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days. Any orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. (Holidays are not included, and this period may vary during sale and holiday periods.) Personalized Products are not included in this period. These items are made to order and require 10-25 working days + shipping time. This period may vary during sale and holiday periods. Thank you.

The delivery times stated above are average times. There may be delays in international deliveries due to customs procedures. This situation is beyond our control and responsibility. It is your responsibility to follow up on shipped orders. Cliste Couture cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched. Please contact the delivery company in case of any delay. Please note that in such cases, you can get the most accurate information from the delivery company.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, which is totally out of our control. Cliste Couture cannot be held responsible for these delays. All international packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise on the amounts of these fees, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's customs office for estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

(IMPORTANT for International Customers) Customs Duties and Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs duties and provide accurate address information for their order.

At Cliste Couture, we offer a delivery fee of €5 for orders under €100 and free delivery for orders of €100 and above. However, we incur shipping costs ranging from €8 to €25, depending on the size and weight of the package. In cases where the customer provides an incorrect address, fails to pay customs duties, or decides to cancel the order, we are unable to refund the full shipping cost paid to the courier service.

In such instances, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. Please note that the refund process can only be initiated once the returned package is received by us.
